• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from user conduct or content

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@sexfinder.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, you and SexFinder agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of court. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SEXFINDER AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
